 |  Freebie Jeebie QuestionsHi, i just recently signed up for FreebieJeebies. I have question about referrals. Does the person i have referred have to complete an offer in order for me to get my referral? Or do they just have to sign up for FreebieJeebies? I don't get it. Please help! |
