Thats because its a UK offer, if your in america, you wont be able to do that offer.

Hello and welcome to eXceem. You can always try friends and family first trying to get some referrals. Make sure no one lives in the same house as you though or use your internet connection. There are many ways to get refs but all i can say is read up and try some out. What works well for one person might not do as well for another.
