 |  I'm new, and not sure how this works.all I know is that on freebie jeebie, or however you spell it, if i get 25 referrals, I can get and iPhone 4 for my brother. Not trying to win anything over, but it was his birthday so i want to get him something, can someone tell me how all this works? |

  | Hello and welcome to eXceem. If you know you need the 25 refs for the iPhone 4 i take it you have at least signed up to a FreebieJeebies site. Now you have signed up you need to complete one of the offers available to you. Once the offer credits to your account or turns green, you then can send 25 people to complete an offer for you. Each person that completes an offer or goes green for you they count toward your prize. Get 25 or a couple more refs in case someone gets put on hold and get yourself a brand new iPhone 4.
