hi!
i have read a couple of threads and forum posts and i think i understand the gist/jist of things.
However, i don't really know how to get started. Obviously sign up and complete certain offers, but what about referrals and the like?

Yea, so sign up to one of the sites that take you fancy. Complete an offer then start referring.

Start with friends/family, then email, fb, myspace, Twitter, posters etc etc
