hi,
ive been following the exceem for a few months but only got round to signing up now. i have taken much advice but never got many greens only one, i decided i would use the freebie formula website template today so i modified it and uploaded it here and was wondering how long it would take me to get a macbook pro with it. it links back to exceem.

It's under review. It also depends on how popular/much traffic your website can get each day. Getting a Macbook pro is nigh impossible in my opinion

I was wondering how i would get hits on this website, and how to improve seo i've submitted it to google and will be submitting it to the rest of the major search engines. what other ways do you recommend i get referrals.

You need to get some backlinks pointing at it which is hard frikken work. And content is king so they say so perhaps a blog or something might work.

I am a bit dumb and what actually is a backlink. I've heard the term many times and haven't found out.

backlinks are links on other websites that link to your website.

a quick google would have in fact shown that freebie formula is a template and tips site designed to help people new to web design/affiliate marketing
