Recently eXceem staff have been setting up a few new user accounts to catch people doing this, and one set-up last night got instant results (guess you can call one banned newbie touter a result)

While it may seam a good deal, these newbie touters often do not return the favour of going green, or use offer scamming techniques to appear to go green, but will then go on to fail verification.

I think he's referring to the other ones that the member made earlier that were bumped from months ago.

Yes! Finally! Samuel Kingdom has e-mailed me after I posted in some noobs "Can somebody give me a ref" post where I replied saying "Yea sure no problem" <---totally taking he piss.

Then this guy e-mailed me asking if I would od the same for him, so i'm busy totally taking the piss out of him now too saying I will and taking him for a ride...and he is currently kissing my arse "Sory didn't mean to rush you"

It's not just about being meaningful, it's about contributing to the exceem community and offer your input, not posting comments that have nothing to do with the threads that are being bumped up from months ago.
