Since theres no leaving thread i'll post here.

you're all paranoid about people like me. Dunno why but thats the way you people are. Interested in your well being and not others. You don't give a care in the world. I came on here to speak to other people about freepay and if they had gotten their gift. But instead I get wrong or negative replies towards my posts, sometimes they get closed like my last one and that was not going too far by any means. The last person who did it was respected and I said I WOULDN'T give out the number and he said if he got permission he WOULD! Crazy. Is it because I have a low post count or for one of my posts I got a -rep by some wierdo who has 3 points making mine red. I'll leave this wasted community and I know that you guys are just gonna think oh he's just a loser, well if you look at it from a neutral point of view you'll find it's the other way around.

Nobosy is a loser here, and calling people names will not gain you any respect. At the endo fo the day, this forum is moderated by people like Jon and Claire80 etc, and it s up to them what goes and what doesnt. If they feel a thread should be closed then who are we to argue. They pay the bills after all.

I think you've missed the point.....

The idea of this forum isn't to moan about Freepay in every post. OK they are rubbish at sending out gifts - we all know that, but where does moaning about every 5 minutes get you???

I'd go along with Harvez on that. At the end of the day not everyone is going to agree with what you are saying and doing but that's life really, don't let it get to you.

That thread was closed for a very good reason, the same reason the other thread with exactly the same topic was closed - freepay wont really want their phone details to be in the public.

To be honest mate, you've created a lot of topics on exactly the same subject - you haven't received your item, and you're upset. There's plenty of people in the same boat as you, and just because pretty much everyone else is looking on the bright side and saying things like 'be patient' and 'it'll come eventually', you think that these replies are, in your own words 'wrong' or 'negative'.

Maybe you have a point about the low post count and the negative rep affecting people's attitude, but maybe its the attitude you're displaying right here with these posts. You've hardly posted one positive or supportive comment, nearly every single one of your posts has come back around to the topic that you haven't received your ipod. Many members have had issues with Freepay, so how about trying a different and proven site such as FreebieJeebies or Kudos Network and stop burdening us all with your negative attitude?

Playing Devils Advocate here, but why should Freepay be protected from people complaining?

I suppose it comes down to opinion. I feel that we are Freepay's customers. They wouldn't make much money without us, so surely they are duty bound to provide a fair level of customer service?

Not at all, but if freepay wanted contact via their telephone, then they would publish those details in the support section of their website, the fact it is not there would suggest they don't want to deal with customer contact via the telephone.

And if you are complaining about any company/service its always best to do it in writing

Indeed, though it is quite common knowledge that while freepay offer by far the best ref rates, you do get a hit in customer service/general speed etc, but you will get your gift from them

Surely as a business they don't have the right not to have their phone details private? If you have a complaint with any other company how do you get your complaint/question across? by calling them!

Why would he? He doesn't own a business or have customers that require his details, where as freepay are/do.

The number is needed because untill you have some human contact your going to get nowhere fast
