A great way of getting a couple of free greens towards your gifts are congas, more of which is explained here: How to Join a Conga . All the individual website congas are found in their respective website forums under the "eXceem supported sites".

Another good way of getting referrals are completing offers on other sites in exchange for other members going green on one of your own sites! To gain access to this feature, you must have been a member of eXceem for AT LEAST 5 days and must have made AT LEAST 5 'meaningful' posts (this just means no one word posts, no spam etc). Unfortunately we can't help you! But there's always the trades section, where you can trade greens for greens or even pay for greens. But i'd usually recommend doing that, once your on the last green or whatever if your impatient :P
