hey, so, i'm new to the whole referral scene, i guess the urban legend behind it got me interested. few drinks and a double-bill of mythbusters episodes probably didn't hurt.

if there's one thing i can't resist, it's busting a myth, like that time a friend challenged me to build a server computer inside the case of a super nintendo console. never thought you'd be able to fit server hardware, network ports and a 500gb usb hard drive in an old nintendo, but that's half the fun.

so i suppose being totally honest, my reasons for stepping in here are threefold. busting the myth, learning more about how these things work, showing up the social circle who believe referral schemes are utter crap, and as an ulterior motive perhaps making a little money to go into my 'business fund' - one thing i always wanted to do was open a computer store. scoring a cool forum to hang out on might just end up being a bonus.

so yeah. that's me. opinionated, moronic, socially inept and very bad at introductions.
