greens are successfully completed offers by people who have joined a freebie site through your link.
as long as you, or your referals dont break t&c's of the freebie site you joined, your green will stay good!
you'll need greens for any freebies you want!
but as myrazorblade says, read around and learn!!

and on this page, it should tell you who has signed up, completed an offer, or been put on hold.

you complete an offer, and you then go GREEN.
You refer the set amount of friends and when they are all GREEN, you can request approval.
When your account and your referals are approved (prooved not to be fakes), your gift will be sent.

i think thats a very simple explanation of the steps.
