Yes it does, but that's for general tips/advice - it does say in our terms and conditions not to post where not allowed - also it says in big letters when you signup to exceem that referral links aren't allowed

You can join congas and once you have made 5 meaningful posts and been a member for 5 days you can start trading. Hopefully that should give you enough time to grasp the basics

You get friends to sign up by giving them your referal link either via email or verbally or whatever.

What you dont do is put your referal link anywhere on Exceem except when you are allowed to trade or where ever else the mods / owners tell you you can.

If you do put it on the forum, you will get flamed like mad because there are so many people doing it. If you need help and advice I would advise to upgrade to Exceem extra and read the extra green tips and so on.

because exceem is a community of people offering each other hits and tips, support while they are hunting for free gifts.

join exceem extra and read the "how to get greens" section
help yourself before others will help you.

You are not refering friends to exceem, you are refering friends to sign up to your referal link.

Exceem is not a free advertising place where you can scout for referals. It is a community of people who are all doing the same as you. we get together and give advise, share secrets etc on how to get referals.

You need to read around and you will soon see this. You will want to come up with some good idea or method to draw people to your referal link.

Most people have links to their websites in their signatures. These websites contain their referral links, along with other info
