Another newbie

Hello everyone!

I'm another confused newbie

I've never done any of these freebie referral things before however I am no stranger to free things. My best free prize to date was return flights to las vegas, suite at caesars palace, $500 spending money, limos to and from the airport, food & drink and the chance to play poker on TV - which I did, and won $25,000. Hurrah!

Anyway, we're in the process of buying a house so my disposable income for toys and gadgets has been seriously reduced and I've decided to look into this.

I've read the newbie guides, the wiki and other things, but am still a little confused about what comes first and how to get started.

Do you sign up yourself to a promotion, or must you do it using someone elses referral? There seems to be a large population of people on the forum who have already completed many many offers ... does this mean that they can no longer become other peoples 'referrals'? If you need 2 referrals in total to complete an offer, how long would that take to happen? What's the best approach to get started? Does this really work?

Cheers for now

Vic

Re: Another newbie

you can sign yourself up but its better to use someones referrallink as it helps them ,maybe a good start is to join a conga or wait until you are eligible to access the trades section and someone will probobly pay you to sign up to their link.
for a lot of us yes there is limited offers we can do but there is usually plenty of people looking for trades in the trades section , as for how long it takes well that depends on your methods , if you are trading or advertising your link etc , have a read of the how to get greens section for tips and ideas on how to get referrals no one will tell you the best way!
as for does this really work well look at the i got my free item section and look at peoples forums sigs and see for yourself
btw welcome

Re: Another newbie

you can sign up yourself but its probably best to start out by using someone else referral link in a trade. I'm offerin £12 if someone does it today. This way you can make enough money to complete an offer.

After that most people set up a website.

Probably the easiest way to get referrals is tho persuade friends and family. even pay them to sign up as each on is worth £20 to you and only costs them a fiver

Makes mental note, do not invite this member to next Exceem Poker Game (which will hopefully be scheduled right about the time Claire is trying to give birth to a basketball)
