![]() | Re: Another new boy (old boy might be a better phrase)I don't want to harp on about this ebay thing (and this will be my last utterance on this subject) but you can, on eBay palce a 'classified advert'. That's where you are delivering a service or making an offer that doesn't give eBay sale commission. Anyway, I'll shut up - but I'll delve deeper in the confines of my room (sorry mansion, sorry estate). The old man. Not quite over the hill .... but starting to get a good view |

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | Re: Another new boy (old boy might be a better phrase)Hi Waldorf, welcome to the madhouse. I am another of the "oldies" who post here. I also sell a good few ebooks on eBay - had a good run of them but it has gone dead as a dodo, so a very short lived (and old) method there. To clarify, when people say eBay is a no no, they are referring to items that blatantly flaunt the sites T & Cs. The classic example is a sale that will say, "Do not bid, get it for free instead here (quotes referral link)". I had real trouble with the ebooks even when they were listed properly. You wouldn't believe how many people report your items just to get them removed. For the first time ever, eBay even relisted a sale after I complained that they were wrong! Anyway, enjoy your time here. It's a good and very addictive hobby!
