Just my opinion on how best to deal with things though and not meaning to sound in any way like i am having a go) | ||

| I know that I'm very new to all this, but I just wanted to put in my two cents about the issue of newbie touting. Now I'm signed up to 3 forums to try and get some greens for the only site I'm signed up for, and immediately after signing up at the other two sites I have been aggressively PM'd by a few people (who also have no feedback) almost demanding I trade with them, and that I go first. I said no, one of us has to have feedback to prevent either of us getting scammed, they say no, I trust you, don't you trust me. I say no, they say, 'I aint no scammer' I say 'With all due, a scammer aint going to admit to it mate' and they get pissy. I say the only way I would ever consider going first on my very first trade was if they had some positive feedback, they no like this. Am I trying to do things the right way, I'm pretty sure they're trying to tout, and then scam me, you're not even meant to do PM trades are you? Isn't that against the whole trading etiquette thing? Any help would be appreciated, as this place seems pretty legit. Thanks Amy

| Trading via PM is against exceem's rules. If you got any PMs of this sort, I'd advise to you to report the person who sent you these to a mod/admin. Trading is only allowed in the trade section, with both traders doing the offer at the same time, as the rules state, regardless of feedback. |

| Yeah, you don't need to worry about eXceem - its about the most legit site to do with freebies on the net. If anyone does PM you (On eXceem or not), asking you to trade with them, forward the message to a mod or admin - they'll take care of it.  EDIT - Darn, beaten by omair...

| No, no PM's on this forum, which is why I think I might be liking this forum better than others (the touting aggressive forums were Gimme4free and Grab4free) and I'm thinking of not bothering with them anymore. I gathered it was against the rules, but they are so insistant. Anyway, I trusted my instincts and said no, but I'm kind alarmed (although I guess I shouldn't be, I'm just naive) that people would do that. Amy

| I do not get this at all. I'm 14 and dont have a Credit card to sign up to any offers , or pay to make a website is there anyway i cans till get freebies? I want an Iphone for christmas but , kinda poor atm with credit crunch nd all so is there anyway i could get one myslef through this freebie "scene" as you guys call it.
