Im new here so bare with me

I signed up for istuff.giveaway.co.uk (not through a conga).
My question is, can any1 start a conga or does it have to be a mod?

Or should i join an existing conga and hope for the best that sum1 signs up for my current offer...

all the congas that there are going to be have already been created , you cannot create your own , but you are free to join existing ones as long as you are not already signed up to the site of the conga you want to join

Hi All, I'm a newbie too. Just registered and after a PS3. I heard about the site from a friend but i'm not sure what i'm doing? Trying to get on a conga (i think) but I have to post 5 times and wait 5 days, I think. Is that how you understand it? I have been randomly browsing through the INFO wiki, but its hard to know where to start. Let me know how you get on.

okay so im a poor student and saw gta 4so now i need a xbox 360, i signed up to the freepay deal but im just wondering how this conga thing works and how you pick up extra referrals.
