Freebie Jeebies are great. Getting people to complete offers really depends on your method.

There is a trades section on the forum but you have to have 5 posts and be a member for 5 days to access it. You can then pay people through paypal or complete an offer for them for a completed offer in return. Stick around, read about the forum and you'll get the hang of things in no time at all!
