Hello! I have a question about Congas...

Hello! I've been spending a bit of time on this forum over the last week or two, and it's proving very useful. However, I have one question: I'm already signed up to ipodnanogiveaway.co.uk; can I join a conga using the referral ID I already have? Or would I have to join a conga for something else instead?

Thank you. I have set up a website (tagged onto my old portfolio website) to try and promote my referral link, but I'm not sure how to attract people to the site, or if it looks the part! The site is - can anyone give me some advice about
a)whether the site says/ does all it has to, and
b)what's the best way to promote the site?

if you want to promote your website here on exceem, you're have to have a link back to exceem on your website.

Firstly, remember to use the edit button if you can! Your website must have a prominent link back to eXceem also, if you wish to advertise it on eXceem.

As for your site, the header image is broken!

I am at school where SurfControl (or should I say S***Control) may be blocking images if it thinks NTL is a hosting company.

Will run your site through a proxy now and see how it looks.

EDIT: Tried through a proxy, still no image.

Chigley, that's probably the reason: i'm using the free hosting with my NTL (now Virgin Media) broadband.

As for promoting the site - I don't mean to advertise my site on eXceem, I just mean to get the UK at large to see it. Any ideas?

Welcome to eXceem.

With regards to your website, I'd suggest editing the woeding of how to do Lovefilm. If someone signs up and cancels straight away they will get credit reversed. They need to actually try the trial and receive dvds so I'd say that on your site. Try not to encourage cancelling offers.

Oh dear. That's odd - I've never had a problem seeing images on the site. If you have a moment, would you mind trying simply www.stuartcookson.co.uk and have a browse around to see if any images work? It's my old portfolio website, so it's a bit out of date, but there are plenty images on it.
