I am from Scotland..... usually works as most things are american communities but it seems here people are from the UK, and Scotland which is great. Anyway I am 15 and I would love to get free electronical goods (Nintendo wii.... infact I aint fussy who would turn down a freebie!), I dont have a debit account (grrrr@mother) but I do have paypal which could be used so my question number one is is there any safe sites out there that let me complete and offer using paypal.
