Double post there Diekund

I have chosen to stick to your advice and not get it. I will however try to inquire to companies to see if i can get a free sample of their products. Any idea for a successful message to the companies?

Ben

Re: Ebay Item

49p lol! And, it is quite good if you are interested in what you are getting.

Some webistes included are:

http://www.ebigchina.com/main.phtml
http://www.worldbid.com/
http://www.eceurope.com/

It is basically a hard way, but if know what you are doing you could do well!

Short Story!
I ordered one copy of this Tae Bo Box kit (was like £40!) And it hadn'tt come in a week so emailed them twice about it, got my original order. Then got another two copies! and they coudlnm't charge me for it because i hadn't ordeered it, and coudln't ask for it back becuase as soon as said above if a company sends you an item without proof of ordering it they cannot have it back!
i subsequently sold them on ebay for like £70! was a nice day!

Nearly.
The act covers unsolicited goods. In this case you are asking for the samples, therefore they are not unsolicited. However, there normally isn’t a charge for them, and unless a contract is made saying you either make an order or pay for the sample you can keep them for free. Remember a contract can also include a tick box on the Internet, and doesn’t need to be signed for.
Also it is illegal. You’ll probably be let off the first few times as long as you don’t do it with overly expensive items. But eventually it’ll catch up and you’ll get arrested for obtaining goods via deception.
But hey, good luck!

The method you described above though was 100% above board. That was the companies error, not your own.
