The Great Wall Of Web (??)

Hi,

I just joined Exeem and wanted to "do my share" on this forum!

So, I stumbed on this one:

The Great Wall Of Web is a virtual wall that supposedly should run through the world covering all the continents and many cities. The wall started its way from Miami and after covering USA and Canada seems to be heading towards Europe. The idea is that this wall grows as people and companies buy “blocks” from it. Buyer can also place on the wall a picture with a link to his site and that way advertise for example his/her blog, band or a company.

It seems that the site was launched not so long ago (Beginning of October 2010) so the time will show how this idea will kick off. Will it become yet another internet phenomenon? :O
