Would be good if the networks that ordered their gifts from Amazon, would send out this package instead as it's not costing them anymore.

Some networks do order from Amazon. Think Freebiejeebies and R-I do and a few others. I don't know which package they send out though.

i think play.com have a similar package and they also offer a blu-ray DVD with all the extras you get at amazon aswell
