Hi - finally got to log in to freeclickz this morning but when I looked at the referral status they had changed. I had 3 people - one of which was on not complete and and two of which were on tracking offer. Now ALL of them are on offer not complete. The people who were on tracking offer were on the efax. Now that that offer has gone will that affect their status?

Damn mine has too!

I had 4 complete for over 2 weeks now, then 2 just went, and my gift image has just gone, the link hits have gone down from about 400 to 80, and everything in general is going crazy

Yay - So glad I'm not the only one (usually seem to be). I'm sure and I hope that theres a logical explanation for this and that woostar can fix it.

Oh dear, I'm back to needing "-2 Referrals until my free..." LOL..

Woostar will fix it I'm sure of that, the site has always been good for me so I have no complaints.

You guys are lucky, mine says that i havent completed an offer now! After that lovely thread i made about how great freeclickz are aswell! grrr...

i think we can safely assume the site has gone tits-up, and i havent had any yellows today.. that must be part of the problem too, yes.. i will blame it on that

The site has not gone "Tits - up". This has happened before and Woostar sorted it straight away, sometimes things can go wrong in the script etc, so don't assume the site just doesnt work.

When this happened before Woostar sorted it all out, and credited those people that had already been "offer complete" etc.

Hold tight, and wait til Woostar has his say.

mine still says offer complete but my gift has changed it was on my custom order but is not now and i also have no hits now on my link hits bit but my referrals are still there!!! oh well i am sure woostar will sort it soon .

Sweet. All fixed. Just out of interest I've had someone do a trade with me but they have always been on as 'offer not complete' in the status. Does this mean that they have done the offer and its waiting to credit or they havent done it. THe offer was chitchat bingo. Can I check as I want to make sure I havent been scammed? THey said they did the offer 28th july.

yeh, there is a explaination for that ~ Interclickz is registered with the ICO under the Data Protection Act 1998: we've been questioning whether allowing access to other peoples personal email addresses is allowed. So we came to a decision ~ for the time being we've taken them off but will be adding a 'Contact User XXXX / Contact All None Completed' page so you can mail straight from your account.

Alot of members have suggested that this would be easier anyway.

Give us a few days and you'll be able to get in contact with them again

Yeah that sounds better, sometimes if I ever contact someone randomly through their email, they don't like it that I have been able to get their email address lol.
