Ok i'm new am desperate for referrals. have done my own offer way before christmas but cant seem to get anywhere else, have had many people sign up through my referral but none have completed. Any ideas.

Hiya CC ~ Exceem has quite a good Trading Forum @ http://www.exceem.co.uk/forums/old-trading-market/ you could try offering incentives or trade to signup under some on another site in return for them doing a freeclickz offer.

I agree with yomyom, trading is probably the easiest way, plus build yourself a signature with what you need, + Can/Can't do's on it, that makes you mopre approachable to negotiation + saves time in the trade forums
