while I'll try and sort out your enquries a.s.a.p please bare with us ~

Usually if your enquiry involves having to chase up crediting an offer; this can take up to a month (only because we have to get in touch with the affiliate manager of the website that you completed the offer on - so we're usually waiting for them).

As far as cashback payments go, you should have it by the 28th day (email or PM me if you think we've forgotten you )

I've upgraded my exceem account so I now have 1000 PM spaces; so try PM'ing me with any other problems you think I can sort out - (worth sending a support ticket too if you PM me just so I have a record of comunications).

Can I just say...

As much as I would love for you to come to me and give me a list of all the referrals "you are pretty sure have completed an offer" - PLEAASSSEEE do not send in support tickets with a list of referrals you want me to chase up; That's your job! or at least the job of the person that may have 'told' you that they've done an offer.

If you would like us to check on a mis-tracked offer (which does happen now and again) I can 99.999999% guarantee that if you have done the offer correctly and send in the evidence that we ask for, we will crediting you (after Kim from validations have done a few check ups) - but we can't deal we you as a middleman to sort out your referrals query.

For those of you that have come to know how we deal with support tickets know that we do everything we can to get you your free gift - but unfortunatly Freeclickz Support will now only deal with queries sent by the individual members (simply because it takes too long; time that could be used dealing with queries more efficiently).

Chances are that this doesn't apply to you (*Growls* @ those that it does - you know who you are) ~ Just thought I'd let you know anyway (and have a bit of a moan LOL - makes me feel better )

LMAO ~ believe me, there are worse :: someone literally wanting me to go though all their referrals and email them to find out if they've done (or were planning on doing) an offer.
