Having problems with interclickz

Hi,

Just wondered if anyone else has experienced any problems with the Interclickz network I was due a £250 Amazon voucher at the end of December 07.

I currently have 2 tickets unanswered via the web support the first one posted the on 1st of this month and I also have a support ticket open via their support forum here, Woostar has replied a couple of times via there but I just keep being told that they are looking into it, seems I am being fobbed off really.

I have had loads of Amazon vouchers via freebyjeebies without any glitches and my support tickets are always answered within 24 hours (usually just a couple of hours).

Just wondered if this was the norm from Interclickz.

Cheers
Pete

Is anyone getting any replies from Interclickz?

As anyone else not received their end of December gifts?

TBH I deliberately left this thread as I know for a fact that nobody has ever had a problem with gift delivery (but just wanted to see if anyone replied). You've already been told that there was a problem with the last batch of Amazon vouchers and we will send them out ASAP... but for some reason you don't believe me. I know it's a pain in the arse but relax and give us a chance!

Re: Having problems with interclickz

Hi Woostar,

Its not that I don't believe you, its just I am not getting any response to the progress.

My last £500 voucher from freebiejeebies had a problem due to Amazon canceling the order due to high volume but Alex and Richard kept me fully informed and my voucher came through within 24 hours of me reporting the problem to them.

Yes as you pointed out in the other thread freebiejeebies have nothing to do with Interclickz, I guess I am just expecting a similar level of support from your guys but I suppose different networks have differing levels of support.

I will look forward to receiving my voucher ASAP as you stated earlier.

Thank you.

Hi Doctor,

Don't expect a reply any time soon, interclickz customer support is appalling.

I've already told you if it doesn't work for you to find another offer (I can't magically make it work).

Get over yourself Pete, so you had to wait an extra 2 weeks for your gift because of a problem with Amazon... you were only ignored after you kept asking the same question everyday (like the answer would be different from the first you asked)!

It doesn't work for others either.
And as I have said, it's the only offer I'm able to do.

Re: Having problems with interclickz

Stewart (Woostar) According to your T+C it was actually 1 month and 2 weeks late, anyway as I said your customer support is appalling and I think yours and Kims attitudes stink, I would definitely not recommend the interclickz network to anyone.

Say what you like about me, but Kim was nothing but curtious to you. I've read your support tickets and if you can't read plain english that's no need to blame the person that tried to help you... You are the 'only' person EVER to not understand what is printed on our orders page.

Re: Having problems with interclickz

T+C state:
1. Referrals and offers are not verified until orders are submitted for approval.
2. Orders submitted for validation before the 15th will be verified on the 20th of each month.
3. Approved orders verified on or before the 20th will be sent out on the last working day of the month.

My order was verified, approved and I pressed the order button :20-11-2007 so should my gift have been received the end of November 2007.

It was actually received 18th of Jan 2008

I think that you should read your own terms and have a good think about it and maybe you will understand, I gave up trying to explain to Kim as I wasn't getting anywhere.

Also I did not message you every day as you stated, I messaged you again if I had no reply within 5 days.

I think I have made my opinion known anyway.

I have completed many of the other networks and Interclickz is by far the worst which is why I am no longer using it and do not recommend it to others.

Maybe all sites should add the following to their T+C

(4). The site owner IS allowed to have a life away from the computer and sometimes real life can take over and things happen in real life that are more important to replying to PMs and support tickets, so please accept that.

(5) Dates given on T+C or on exceem can only be used as a guideline and sites and site owners cant be held responsible if an item isnt in stock or a problem occurs that they cant do anything about.

Maybe I'm not the best judge because I havent done an Interclickz site before but I've been here long enough to know wooster is very much respected by the members and admins/mods.

From what I have read, you were given an explanation about the delay i.e. amazon problem.

If you dont want to use Interclickz again, then thats up to you but please take into account that not everything is a sites fault.

p.s. a bit petty making a new post just to correct a spelling mistake

Re: Having problems with interclickz

If Interclickz can't keep their users happy and reply to support tickets in a timely manner and with the proper attitude then maybe they should just give up and let a proper network like freebiejeebies take their place on the exceem supported top spot.
