No response from site


Hey,

I've got a total of 14 to successfully complete an offer, but only 10 people have been credited. I left a support ticket late last year (2006), but initially the site didn't respond. About a month later I raised another support ticket and that time I got a response.

I was sent an email by Kimberly Dale asking me to get the other people to send proof of successfully completing the offers (this was in January). I got each of the them to send that through, however, after that Kimberly didn't respond. I sent her several chase up email without any success.

I then found an email address on the website and sent an email to that explaining the situation. I didn't get a response to that either.

I want to get my freebie so what's going on? Is the site a scam?

I'd be very supprised if Kim has ignored any of your support tickets (assuming that you were asking about your account and not your referrals).

You can still post in the support forum but I've checked your account found all of your support tickets replied too? and as far as I can tell (and considering you haven't contacted Kim in the last 6 weeks) the last support ticket ended assuming the matter had been resolved.

It was 'kiritinbox' that used a computer that had its hard drive formatted not ag386.

'ag386' sent through proof of his account being opened on 14 January 2007.
