This is a discussion on Offers not crediting within the Interclickz Network forums, part of the Old Networks category; Is anyone else having to continually chase up their referals because offers they've completed haven't been credited? Several of mine ...

Several of mine in the last month or so have had to get their offers credited manually because the system hasn't picked them up... It makes me wonder how many more of my referals have gone green but haven't been credited! |

| Re: Offers not creditingNot sure what to reply to this thread(?) I'm not aware of a huge amount of mistraked offers. I have noticed a percentage increase on a certain Bingo offer that has now been withdrawn... unfortunatly as far as having to chase it up, it's just luck of the draw (nothing personal  )W.> Last edited by woostar; 10-04-07 at 01:27 PM.. |

| Re: Offers not creditingHaving just checked the Wiki I also came across this: "All offers are subject to a 28 day cooling off period - Anyone suspected of supplying fraudulent details will have their account suspended indefinitely." What does this mean? What's a "cooling off period"? |

I'm not entirely sure it's not just ppl trying their luck but have put it on hiatus while we enquire about it. the cooling off period relates from the last offer being done and the gift being sent out (This is because 90% of merchants have a 30 day clawback option which means should they find something dodgy which they didn't orginally spot they can reject an offer even after approving it). |

| Re: Offers not creditingI too have not been credited for many offers on Interclickz. I have 114 referrals with only 15 green! I know many have completed offers yet have not been credited. I just get the same response from support. Wanna690 |
