Email support


Hi folks,

Can I apologise to anyone that has been sending us emails recently with no reply. We've found out tonight that our email server has been down resulting in us not receiving any emails sent to any email addresses for (apparently) some time (this hasn't effected support tickets; but as we send replies by email we're not sure if anyone has received answers). We are in the process of trying to move servers to correct this problem. Until we have corrected this hiccup please feel free to use our support forum on eXceem.
As soon as we have corrected this I'll post an update.

It's not just e-mail Woostar

After our last exchange on the forums I thought my account would be sorted out. Sadly not.

Even my last two support tickets of 20th and 23rd November haven't been responsed to. Well, as far as I can tell. Click the "view" link to check and they just bomb me back out to the status page.

Bottom line is that I've spent £10 on Mecca but can't get a credit and have had to abandon the site.

I really didn't want to raise this on the forums but you haven't responded to my pm either. Sorry.

I can't remember the exact circumstances but if I remember rightly that was because you deposited the money and then didn't wager any money(?) I did say I would send a 'no credit report' to mecca (which I did) but all you can do is wait until I get a reply back (which I told you too) seems no sense in writing back to your support tickets and PMs telling you exactly the same thing.

I have no idea how long it takes to get a manual credit, I'm a relative noob and have never had to before. If you can let me know, I'll hold off from chasing.

Our mail server is back up and running (YAY! about blooming time too).

If you have sent in any emails within the last week and haven't got a reply please try again and we'll aim to answer all of them within 12-24 hours.
