We at Interclickz feel that is our responsibility for how our members act and behave when promoting their referral links. In an effort to make the internet a friendlier and spam free environment we have initiated agreements with some of the biggest names on the net. To this end Interclickz reserves the right to nullify links orginating from websites where terms and conditions have been broken.

We are registered under the Data Protection Act 1998 and regulated by government protocols about the privacy and handling of your personal information. Please refer to our privacy policy for more details.

Should a members account be reported for any spam related infringements; his or hers account will be immediately suspended while a full investigation is held regarding the validity of said claim (any refferals gained while under investigation will still be credited).

All accounts subject to a valid spam claim will be permanently suspended.

When posting your referral link on the internet members are expected to abide by each websites terms and conditions.
