The network currently is solely run by Steve-UK and you can catch him on the eXceem forums daily with Network Updates and Site Announcements.

All support tickets should responded to within 24 hours but realistically if you submit a ticket before 7pm it's likely to be responded to within minutes.

All Easy Freebie sites can be completed an infinite number of times; your account is automatically reset with your already used greens being changed to the 'spent' status when you upload a photo of yourself with your received item.
