It was automatic entry during my launch promotion (2 days after being listed on eXceem). Now it just requires signing up and completing an offer for an entry, with up to four entries per person. The prize is the regular old model iPhone but brand new and still shrink sealed. I believe this is stated somewhere in this forum. I myself was initially under the impression they'd be 3G, but these are still good lol!!

If by informing the 2 winners you mean contacting them via exceem, i dont see how you will be able to match a list of emails to exceem ID's? Also its highly possible that the winner of the iphones (one or both of them) might not actually be on exceem, and i would suspect that with over 100 entries that they arent all from exceem (i generated at least 13 entries, and surely theres more!).

No, I mean contacting them using the email address that I have entered them under, which is the email they would have used when signing up. I simply email them, and would be prepared to give up to 2 weeks for the response before going redrawing for a new winner. If there is anyone on this forum who already knows they would have no email access for 2 weeks after the competition end date (15/09/2008) then please PM me, and I'll know to be prepared to give it a bit longer if it seems that that person has one. If I didn't get any reply, and it would be reasonable to assume the email address provided wasn't genuine then the prize would be offered to the next person. There's also the fact that I must email to confirm the delivery address.

No, you can't. Some people chance it to see if they can get away with it, but I would actively discourage this as I don't want to lose any more advertisers lol. (Already lost 2 due to their changes, but don't worry people, the replacements and more are being lined up despite delays).

I didn't deny the gift itself, but chose to deny the prize offered to the first person to complete each site, (which is the reason there is another thread explaining that the prize is still available on that particular site).

Thanks Simon for clarifying that I did indeed send your gift plus an extra to make up for the slow delivery. I appreciate this as I think some people will be under the impression that I sent you nothing. I hope now this feeds and fills everyones curiosity lol, and that we can bring a conclusion to this.

So what, we're allowed to do what we want with the iPhone. He's not giving the iphones out to people that need/want them most. It's a competition. I'm not going to ask to be excluded from the draw just because i'm getting an iPhone from another site.

Why shouldnt someone enter a competition just because they already have an iphone? If you had a PS3 for example and one of the networks did a comp for the same console as you had, you would be entitled to enter that comp and no one would have a go at you. What you do with it after you win it is up to you.

I have an iphone but if I won it, I would give that to someone else like I usually do. Its the fun of winning a comp that counts

I know personally I would prefer if this comp was won by an exceem member rather than a non member so the more entries exceem has, the better

I just think its silly to enter a comp for something hes already got, obviously im not going to try and get keiran to take him out, but thats just my opinion, I personally wouldnt enter a competition for something I've already got. Winning something I have already, or winning something and selling it kind of defeats the idea of a competition IMO
