i rang nintendo aswell just to check, and they said if the pixel effects play (which it does as its at the centre) they will fix/replace

Make sure u get the brain training game, i was in game today with a friend and we were litterally playing games for like 2 hours. He was doing call of duty on the 360 and i was playing the brain training game!!

So tempted to buy one with my £150 voucher when it comes...

yay, ice age have sorted it out and a replacement should be delivered to me (or my neighbour i hope) tomorrow, hopefully it wont have any dead pixels this time (fingers crossed).

i still only have one game for it though

You need to contact Nintendo Europe, they are covered under a warranty. I had a dead pixel on my red ds from the U.S. They wanted to charge me 70 quid to get it repaired in the U.S.

forget that idea.

Nintendo don't give a crap about Europe (yet we are their biggest fan base)
