Dont be disheartened. The refs may seem like a lot but it is cheaper than if your converted them into cash than compared to a product.

eg
Cash = 30 * 17 = 510
Products = 30 * 22 = 660.

I have had a couple of greens but only because I'm not taking it as seriously as I should. Ask friends, family (not in the same house) and then posters/business cards to people.
