| Congrats, well done. Sounds kind of steep to me, guess you are getting robbed over there. I'm in a similar situation myself and with all the inspections, the appraisal, and getting the lot released I've shelled out over $1000 so far, but closing is set to be Nov 29th so I'm just happy i get to finally move in. I wrote the down payment check out in Sept and still not in my house.
