I really don't know, obviously not as noticeable for me as you but up until last Monday it had picked up for me I was getting about 3 signups a day and had 2 pendings in the last month

But since last monday it's basically stopped, had 2 signups in over a week

I even went as far as checking signups throughout kudos via status banners to check signups hadn't stopped for some reason :S
