| I have gone wild with it bought my daughter a bmx for her birthday £70 and A new xbox 360 slim 250gb from amazon warehouse for £114.80 But it says it has a cut on the case so will wait and see how bad the damage is if too bad ill just sell it on |

| thats the one arctic thanx i seen the xbox the other night before i got the vouchers so clicked buy but it hasnt been dispatched yet so added my voucher and paid for it with that. When i get it ill post a picture of the damage i cant seem to find the description now. | They cancelled my xbox as they said they couldnt find it in there fullfillment centres. After about 3 or 4 phone calls and a very nice man called Moe they agreed to sell me a brand new one for the same price got it yesterday well chuffed |

| The first person i spoke said there was nothing he could do so i asked to speak to a supervisor who said she would ring the fullfillment centres to find out what they can do and said she would ring me back before they cancel the order. I checked my account half hour later to see it had been cancelled so i rang them up again and asked to speak to a supervisor i told him the situation and that i told the previous supervisor not to cancel the order without speaking to me first. He was saying there was nothing they could do and then said what do i want them to do give me a new one for the same price i said yes he then said he will see what he can do and ring me back in a few minutes. In the mean time the first supervisor rung me back and said they just cant locate the damage one so had to cancel the order i said is there nothing they can do as a good will gesture she said she would give me £5 promtional voucher that would have to do. then about 2 hours later the second supervisor rang back and said they can give me the brand new one for £114.80 I couldnt believe it.
