I'm still missing the chain, but got this charm and this clip and should soon be getting this chain - if they can manage to find a product within 6 weeks that is...  Finally something for myself....  Although it was guaranteed to be delivered by 1pm yesterday and turned up at 10am today. This order has been such a pain in the butt!Anyway, thanks once again to Rich and Alex for their wonderful customer service and hard work. Amy xxx
