I am from canada and dont have a credit card, can i still refer people if i dont do a offer ? and will i get the refs ?

Hey.

Yes, you can refer people before you've completed an offer, but you need to have completed an offer before you can receive your gift. If you're unable to complete an offer, you can exchange 3 of your green referrals to become a green yourself.
