16 kg Kettlebell from FJ

Just took delivery of a 16kg kettlebell from Wolverson Fitness, ordered by the fabulous freebiejeebies.
As soon as I press reset I shall be ordering some more fitness equipment for the summer haha.

Thanks, it was 3 refs, which left me with a couple of quid left over so I ordered office space on dvd.

I need one with spinlocks! I have a bar, just doesnt have the locking mechanism!

Yeah it is a great movie, I have an 'aquired' copy of it but its not in widescreen format. So the DVD will add to my media collection

Its a weight with a handle on, its used to build explosive power, aswell as an alternative to help shed weight.

Great freebie mate i've heard kettlebells are awesome for all-round fitness and strength. You'll have to let me know how you get on with it as it's something i'm looking at getting too for my rest days.
