They are both very good but most people will say Whey protien because it is the cleanest and purest protien out there. But tbh unless you are seriously into your bodybuilding I wouldn't think there is much difference.

It's all about doing the research and buying supplements depending on what you want to achieve. Mens Health is also a great forum to check out and I buy it each month, you will learn so much if you read it each month plus it keeps me motivated!

Yea it's meant to be a great flavour, I done alot of research to find a protien that didn't taste like vomit

and this was definately the number one choice. I have the cookies and cream, goes down a treat too!

This stuff is what i always get, mixes with water nice, i see you got one of them CHEAP shakers free from them too lol, i got 6-7 of them now! don't use them though.
