I just joined well done to you all on your free gifts, wish i cud just get an iPhone or iTouch =[ but no idea how to do this =[ and dont think i an because i cant pay for an offer.

Unfortunately, if you don't complete an offer yourself, you can't get your free stuff.
You said you can't pay- is this because:
a) you're not willing to give out your details online
b) you don't have a credit/debit card (I assume this would be because you're not old enough)
or c) you can't afford it?

If it's 'a', then this whole site is proof that it's not a scam (check out the 'I got my free item' section for proof). Also, don't forget that a lot of the companies involved are big names, and think how damaging it would be for their reputation if they were found to be involved in a scam!

If it's b, there's not a lot you can do about it, other than (assuming you don't have one because you're not old enough) waiting until you are old enough and getting one then.

If it's c, many of the offers only require a small payment (some are free, most are £5-10), which, compared to the price of whatever you want, is practically nothing! Also, in many cases you're paying for a service that you can use anyway, so essentially you ARE getting your item free (e.g. signing up for car insurance- you still need insurance whatever you do, so it's not like you're signing up just to get your free whatever-it-is)

Some networks give you offer completion in exchange for 3 extra referrals. That way you dont have to pay and you can still get a free gift.
Have a read around exceem and you will find out which networks offer this.
