I was thinking of getting these as a gift for my girlfriend.

Are they the best straightners out there? I heard GHD is considered the best. Are these the £130 ones off amazon?

yup, GHD are the very best - very expensive but everyone I know who has them say it's well worth the money. Get her one of these:

Thank you all - forgot to add, Lee does a wicked job with kudosnetwork, my support tickets had quick replies and half the time I didn't know what I was ordering so he was really helpful/patient - plus I verified on monday and the gift was already here by weds 7.30am and finally, ratios are so amazing it's crazy!!
