what is the point of your post ? its like an hour and half after the op which means they can't edit it and as you'll see, its already been reported 3 times at least.. why keep posting on here ? and the best thing is you've actually checked out the link even thou your having a go at them for puttin it up in the first place..

I see more of a point to Ammoh's post than I do yours cd02.

Ammoh was commenting on the original posters post, you however have put on your keyboard warrior armour and dished out a pretty pointless attack. If you don't like someones post it's far less effort just to go onto the next thread. There's no need for personal attacks at members who haven't actually done anything wrong. If you've got nothing nice to say ...

Yeah, CD02 you do tend to ask people what the point of their post was a fair bit. It's bit of a judicial thing to do from someone who is just a member. It's a slippery road we go down if we start comparing the merits of each others posts.

so Ammoh can dish out a "pointless" attack at the op but seems i'm "dishing" one out at a "fellow" member then i'm in the wrong.. and have you not just done what you've told me not to do in your post ? seen a post you don't like and instead of moving on to the next, stopped and "dished" out another attack which has nothing to do with this thread.. and whats all this crap with if you've got nothing nice to say.. why does every post have to be a nice one ? whats nice about Ammoh's ? Don't have anything against you personally, but like i said who are we to decide whether a post is pointless or not? There are a lot of threads on here about things i don't find interesting or understand the point of, but i wouldn't go around saying they are pointless because like i said it starts a slippery slope were we all have to start justifying posting in the first.

Even if you thought it was pointless, why not just let it go!? Why say anything? For someone who prides himself on being chilled, making posts questioning the point of other people's posts seems rather highly strung - don't you think?

cd02, ammoh gave a dig, which in my opinion was justified, because it's a stupid first post and if the op wants to become a member of the exceem community, they'll read the rules, realise their faux pax and return with the knowledge not to do it again. However given my experience with posts like that, I doubt it was anyone seriously bothered about becoming an active poster within exceem.

I think the point people, including myself were making is that you were the total hypocrite, you had ago at ammoh for a pointless post, but yours was equally pointless in that you reported the Op, and then decide to give a dig at ammoh, if you took exception to his/her post you should of reported them.

I don't believe standing up in defence of someone is being hypocritical, yes i could move on to the next post, but i'm not getting wound up about someone posting something that's pointless, in those instances i do move on, i just took exception to the way you attacked ammoh, there was no need. Notice I didn't post to place an attack on the op either, these kind of things aren't what i'm here for, but I will speak up when i feel that a member is being hard done by.

Just wanted to say that we have seen the original post often on exceem and what should be done in my opinion is this...report then forget.

Why? because if the OP is trying to promote a website from outside the Uk you can almost guarantee that this will be his 1 and only post because he's not interested in what exceem stands for, all he's interested in are referals and when he sees that posting a link is not on, he will just move on to another forum, leaving members to argue amonst themselves.

I think there is an obvious lesson to be laernt from this. Report the post and don't bother posting in it. Oh and i agree with cd02, more than ammoh, as i remember someone saying very similar comments ages ago (not sure if it was ammoh or not, but im sure it was somehow)
