I agree with you, oh Wise Man, but how many times does a "new member" sign up and post a link and then never return once they see that it can't be done?

It's the same when people state on the forum about the new site they are starting and make a post to that effect, then after being told that they need to run it past the Admins, they don't return.

When I first signed up to exceem, I took days reading through the forums before posting but too many people just sign up and think posting a link in their first post will bring results. I guess they are just being over anxious

Although the member should have read the rules first, you can't blame people for trying to get referrals! I'm sure everyone (including me) has made mistakes while trying to refer people in the past, especially when new to the game!

if you're talking about Steve's, you sign up to one of his sites... not sure if they support sending the gifts to america thou.. you'd need to read his terms and conditions..
