Actually, strange though it might sound, I actually feel sorry that he got banned

After all, we're assuming he was just banned for bringing up old posts (44 if i remember from someones post) and replying to them. If this is all that happened I'm assuming that it wont be a permanent ban, just a month and a slap on the wrists and told not to do it again. Hopefully he wont.

However, if there was another reason for his ban OR he's made a new profile since being banned, then thats another story

When banned you put in your username and password and it gives you the ban message, it shows you on the active users even when you see the ban message though so he was probably just checking the end date of his ban.
