How to lose weight

An overweight guy is watching TV one night and sees a commercial for a fantastic new weight loss program. Tired of his fat rolls, he calls the place up and orders it. The following Monday, he hears a knock at his door, opens it, and standing there is a beautiful girl wearing nothing but a pair of running shoes. Bewildered he asks, "Are you here as that weight loss program?" She says "Yes. If you can catch me, you can have me," and takes off running. He chases her for a few miles before finally giving up. This occurs all week, and while he never manages to catch her, by the end of the week he's lost 10 pounds. Impressed, he calls the place that Saturday and asks to move on to the next level.

That Monday, a knock comes at his door and standing there is an even more beautiful girl wearing nothing but a pair of running shoes. She says, "If you can catch me, you can have me," and takes off running. He manages to keep up the chase for 5 miles this time, before finally giving up. This occurs all week as well, and while he never manages to catch her, by the end of the week he's lost 30 pounds of his original weight. Still impressed, he calls the place again that Saturday and moves on to the next level.

This time he's very well prepared, and sure enough, on Monday morning there's a knock at his door. Quivering with anticipation he answers the door, only to see a sweaty, muscular man standing there wearing nothing but a pair of running shoes. The man says to him, "If I can catch you, your ass is mine!"

He lost 50 more pounds that week...
