can you pay people for greens as when you look on google some people say its cheating and you can get banned for it ??

you can when you get approved for the trades section. you can do green for green or green for cash.

You can pay someone to go green but you cannot walk them through the sign up.
You can recommend a certain offer but you cant make them do a certain one.

its just i put it on my site i will pay for referrals is that ok i am not part of the trade on here they want me to do more but i dont know what

You can pay for someone to sign up and complete an offer but you can't tell them what offer to complete or pay for that offer for them using your info!
