Best ways to get greens pretty fast?

So we're approaching Christmas fairly soon. I want to get referrals for gifts. I've been working on a website for about 3 weeks now for FJ. It's about finished, and I'm going to SEO it. For referrals usually I post on eBay (I realize it's not recommended but I still do it lolol) with my ref link, etc.

I need atleast one good way to get referrals besides asking friends or family/making a website. I don't usually come out asking for ways to get greens, but posting on ebay isn't going fast enough for the 10 greens I need by December.

Also, for those of you doing websites, about how long does it take after SEO before your website starts getting a decent amount of traffic?

Don't use eBay, it's not allowed and you'll be found out!
