get greens???

hi evry1 any ideas on how i can get my 19 referals to go green??
i have emailed al of them asking them to complete an offer, no luck
pls help...........

If you have emailed them and had no luck then i don't think there much more you can do but optimise for future reds. If you know your reds personally then you can try talking to them otherwise there's nothing else you can do as you don't want to spam them.
