Hi there, I've just been sent £100 worth of advertising by google and was wondering if anyone had any experience with the conversion on directing your add straight to your referral link, or directing them to your site first?

It is difficult to get an ad approved if it is directly to a ref link. Getting an ad approved to your website might be difficult too as google seems to classify them all as 'Bridge' pages and gives them a very low quality score.

i had google adwords for my site got loads of clicks but couldent get the greens from it but was number one on a few words, tbf i didnt think it was going bad but i didnt get one green from a £25 budget so didnt carry on with it. i did get like 500 clicks in 2 weeks but dont think my site is very good but still working on it

just got £100 adwords to encourage me to use my account again, just trying to get ads approved.... I need to promote more than one scratchcard site on my page!!

know a few people now with these, please come back £100 adsense vouchers.
But being the game we are in most are finding it hard to get ads approved.

Got one of these yesterday but only read it briefly, assumed it was a new account thing. Glad to see it's not!

If anyone has a set of ads that are easily approved and bring in a good return, I'll apply my £100 voucher to it for a share of the profit!

I just been sent £100 voucher too, i know there is no chance i will get the ads to work but if anybody knows a way pretty please let me know.

I applied mine yesterday and it took less than an hour for them to refuse my new ad because of bridging and threaten to de-index my site if I persisted.

As I've said before, with Adwords it takes a bit more than just whacking £100 on your account and hoping to get referrals, it takes a lot more money and lot of testing. That's if you could get them to work anyway

Google send them to you through the post, these are different than the normal ones you see that can be applied to new accounts only.

They are a "Please come back to AdWords, here have £100 to try us again and we hope you will carry on with us after..." kind of thing.

That's a new accounts one. I have one running now with a new account... But I have an old account I've not used in ages and not had an existing account voucher... so just wondered how long before they send one!
